John, Mary & Peter

With the starting point of every day human habits produced in a continuous mode John the first sculpture was created in 2007. John is a drooling statue of a boy who can only brush his teeth.
The second sculpture took a long while to form. The first version of the sculpture was made at the end of 2007. The final version was finally produced in 2009 as Mary, a television companion that can watch television with someone at all times. She does not talk, only watches and nods to the viewers.
The idea of Peter started forming in 2008. It’s the only statue of the series that its facial features are based on an actual person (Peter Broderick). The sculpture lies on a bed in a sleeping position and with the interaction of the viewer transforms to a breathing statue.
